We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join a major banking client and contribute to their digital transformation on web & mobile channels.ContextOnline & mobile banking functionalitiesPayments (instant, mobile, QR code)Cards & tokenization (e.g. Apple Pay, Wero)Digital onboarding & KYC lifecycleProduct/service acquisition journeys & regulatory requirementsYou'll be part of Agile squads, collaborating closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and testers on end-to-end delivery.Your responsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements with stakeholdersTranslate them into functional & non-functional specificationsCreate and maintain user stories, backlog & test scenarios (Jira/Confluence)Define data models with data architectsDesign service specifications (API / SOA)Support the team during development and testing phasesProfile+5 years' experience as Functional / Business AnalystStrong experience in digital banking / transactional channelsGood technical understanding:UML / BPMNSQL & relational databasesAPIs, REST, SOAJira & ConfluenceComfortable in Agile / Scrum environmentsFluent in English + Dutch or FrenchNice to haveExperience with mobile apps or digital banking featuresKnowledge of cloud, middleware, monitoringAbility to work from UX/UI designs (Figma)#J-*****-Ljbffr
