Job description
OverviewDevOps Engineer for the Gaming Department at Betsson Group. You will help prepare the platform for containerization, improve cloud delivery, and increase system scalability while maintaining high quality.ResponsibilitiesSupport backend and frontend development teams and enhance CI/CD pipelines.Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, guide developers to improve automation, reliability, and test coverage.Lead the migration from Octopus to GitHub Actions and promote developer-led deployment culture.Design and evolve monitoring systems with Prometheus/Grafana, ensuring robust tracing, logging, and metrics correlation.Support and extend custom-built infrastructure components for traffic and routing needs.Collaborate with gaming teams and infrastructure/operations DevOps engineers to provide tooling and guidance.Build and manage Kubernetes clusters, preferably with AWS EKS and Rancher RKE.Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.QualificationsExperience with GitHub Actions and Octopus, focusing on deployment automation and test coverage.Proficiency with Prometheus/Grafana; building dashboards, alerting, and integrating monitoring into CI/CD.Experience extending custom-built NGINX routing rules.Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, ALB, VPC, EKS) and Terraform modules.Proven experience setting up and managing Kubernetes clusters, ideally with AWS EKS and Rancher RKE.Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.Proficient in Git and source-control practices.Support for both backend (.NET) and frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, StencilJS) applications in CI/CD.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and knowledge of DevOps culture and ITIL best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills, with analytical mindset.Benefits25 working days of paid vacation.Private health and life insurance.Versatile compensation package for transport, meals, and more.Hybrid work policy.Up to 10 days per year remote work from abroad.€300 yearly wellness allowance.Office perks and referral program.#J-*****-Ljbffr
