Power Platform Architect / Technical Lead (España)

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Power Platform Architect / Technical Lead to collaborate with a leading pharmaceutical company.Role OverviewThe primary focus is hands-on delivery on the Power Platform for squad use cases: solution assessment, build, integration, ALM, and coordination with IT on technical and licensing dependencies. The role also supports broader enablement topics such as citizen development guidance, governance, training, and platform evolution.ResponsibilitiesLow-Code Solution Architecture & DevelopmentDesign and build scalable low-code solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for squad use cases.Create reusable components, templates, and patterns for common business needs.Develop complex workflows and integrations that connect business processes, and determine the most suitable Power Platform approach based on business value, technical feasibility, and governance constraints.Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability, supporting testing, deployment, and handover as needed.Citizen Developer GuidanceEmpower champions and citizen developers to build solutions safely.Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to non-technical builders.Create training materials, documentation, and self-service resources.Review and quality-assure solutions built by citizen developers.Governance, Compliance & SecurityContribute to governance frameworks for low-code development in alignment with enterprise standards.Work within defined security rules, DLP policies, and environment management practices, coordinating with IT and platform owners.Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, data protection expectations, and Responsible AI principles when solutions include AI-enabled capabilities.Promote best practices and provide visibility on platform usage where relevant.Platform Administration & OptimisationSupport Power Platform environments, connectors, and licensing topics in collaboration with the IT partner.Optimize platform performance and resolve technical issues, recognising the role's indirect influence on technical configuration and licensing decisions.Support feature scouting by evaluating new Power Platform features relevant to squad delivery needs.Coordinate with IT on platform updates, integrations, technical dependencies, licensing considerations, and enterprise alignment.Integration & ScalabilityDesign integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems (SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs).Ensure solutions scale from tactical fixes to enterprise-grade applications when needed.Bridge low-code solutions with broader ScaleOS and automation capabilities.Identify whether a use case should be solved with Power Platform, require additional enterprise integration, or transition to pro-code development.Must-Have CompetenciesExpert-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Experience designing and implementing Power Platform governance and security.Proficiency in building complex workflows, custom connectors, and integrations.Knowledge of Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices.Understanding of API integrations and data connectivity patterns.Nice to HaveMicrosoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.Background in traditional software development (.NET, JavaScript).Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.Knowledge of other low-code platforms (Appian, OutSystems, Mendix).Experience in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, life sciences) with awareness of compliance, data protection, and Responsible AI expectations.Core Enabling SkillsAbility to provide practical guidance to citizen developers when needed.Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for business users.Patient and supportive approach when working with non-technical colleagues.Proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset.Ability to balance governance requirements with business agility needs.Ability to provide practical judgment during use-case assessment and advise stakeholders across the delivery process.What We OfferPermanent contract.Flexible schedule to balance professional and personal life.Training and certifications.Home office.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, Ticket restaurant, ...).Health insurance.Commitment to a better society through community initiatives.#J-*****-Ljbffr
