About our partnerOn behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.What you'll be doingTake end-to-end ownership of SAP authorization design, implementation, and lifecycle management across a complex SAP landscape including S/4HANA Finance, S/4HANA Retail, SAP EWM, SAP HR, and SAP IDMLead the design and continuous improvement of SAP authorization concepts, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability in integral environmentsAct as a senior advisor for SAP programs and transformations, translating business and compliance requirements into robust authorization and access control solutionsGovern user provisioning, role design, and access changes, considering approval workflows, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit requirementsDrive SAP GRC Access Control processes, includingAccess Risk Analysis (ARA)Business Role Management (BRM)Emergency Access Management (Firefighter)Definition and maintenance of SoD rules and mitigation controlsPerform security assessments, risk analysis, and root-cause troubleshooting for authorization issues across SAP systemsServe as a key interface for internal controls, audit, and compliance teams, supporting internal and external audits and remediation activitiesWhat you'll bring+4 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Authorizations, preferably in large or complex SAP system landscapesFluent English is required; German knowledge is a strong advantage but not mandatoryProven expertise in SAP authorization concepts for at least two of the following modules: FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, PS, Retail, HCM, EWM with solid experience in S/4HANA environmentsVery good working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, especially SoD analysis, role governance, and emergency access processesExperience supporting long-running SAP programs, rollouts, or continuous operations rather than short-term implementationsStrong understanding of audit, compliance, and control frameworks in SAP environments (e.g. internal controls, SOX-relevant environments)Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a consultative mindset, delivering high-quality results in an established team setupExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders, IT security, and auditorsWhat we offerBeing part of a dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionalsVersatile working model: You can choose the work model that fits your lifestyle (At office, hybrid or full remote)23 holiday daysPrivate health insurance from day 1Gym sponsorshipEnglish and German language classesA young and ambitious team that knows when to work but also when to have fun (Pizza day, Summer event, Padel Tournaments, etc)#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
