Senior Platform Engineer - Accountable (Lérida)

What is Accountable?Accountable is a young fintech/taxtech focused on helping the self-employed automate their accounting and taxes with a simple mobile and web app. We are 80+ people spread across offices in Berlin and Brussels, as well as remote locations throughout Europe. We aim to create a product that is incredibly easy and fun to use, requiring no knowledge of tax or accounting. We're growing at a rate of more than 150% per year, and our ambition is to become the European leader in our market.The RoleWe are seeking a Platform Engineer to own and evolve our Kubernetes-based infrastructure on AWS. You'll be responsible for ensuring our microservices platform is reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient while empowering developers to ship with confidence. Our stack runs on AWS EKS with modern tooling including Karpenter for intelligent node scaling, KEDA for event-driven autoscaling, and Datadog for full observability.
