Someone who can bridge business and technology, drive value through data and KPIs, and coordinate diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.Product definition & planningGather and structure initiatives with global and local stakeholders.Coordinate global Product, AI, and Tech teams with local country teams.Manage backlog, dependencies, risks, and timelines using agile practices.Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product initiatives.Testing & rolloutCoordinate unit testing and UAT phases.Performance & continuous improvementLead follow-up forums, committees, QBRs, and steering sessions.5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management.Strong background in global and multi-country project environments.Solid understanding of business case development and KPI tracking.Experience managing backlogs, planning, and delivery in agile environments.Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.Strong skills in business analysis, Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.Nice to have: experience with cloud-based and AI-driven systems.Remote work. xohynlmNumerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible ´ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan...)Free access to several training platforms

5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management. Strong background in global and multi-country project environments. Solid understanding of business case development and KPI tracking. Experience managing backlogs, planning, and delivery in agile environments. Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Strong skills in business analysis, Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. Nice to have: experience with cloud-based and AI-driven systems.
