Job description

Experteer Overview Join Rover's Barcelona Marketing Analytics team as a Senior Data Analyst to shape how we measure and grow long-term customer value.You will turn messy marketing data into trusted leadership reporting and partner across Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, and Analytics Engineering.You'll design and analyze cross-channel experiments, contribute to incrementality work, and help evolve our measurement framework.This role combines hands-on analytics with strategic storytelling to drive repeat bookings and LTV.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own and maintain dashboards, data models, and reporting for Marketing leadership.- QA business logic in CRM pipelines and validate campaign data with Martech/Analytics Engineering.- Design and analyze end-to-end experiments (including cross-channel and retargeting tests) and socialise findings.- Lead incremental analyses (holdouts, attribution, mix-shift) and interpret lift vs noise for decision making.- Act as analytics bridge to Martech and data tooling, evaluating data flow and ensuring measurable campaigns from day one.- Review SQL and analytical approaches, mentoring peers indirectly by raising the technical bar.- Provide root-cause analysis to explain metric movements and communicate insights to stakeholders.Responsabilidades- 3+ years of data-driven impact experience with cross-functional collaboration.- Strong SQL skills with large event-based datasets; able to review and improve code.- Hands-on experience with transformation models (dbt or similar) and solid data modeling views.- Statistical analysis skills in Python or R (hypothesis testing, regression, bootstrapping).- Proven end-to-end A/B testing ownership: design, sample size, analysis, write-up.- Clear communicator able to translate complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to work autonomously, scope and prioritize analytical work.- Experience with data visualization tools (Mode, Looker, Tableau).- Curiosity about measurement problems and comfort with ambiguity.Requisitos principales- Long-term incentive plan- Pension plan- Private medical insurance- 25 days PTO- Meal allowance and flexible compensation- Gym membership
