What You'll Do:Join a newly formed team at the core of a major finance transformation ??. As part of theCore Finance Tribewithin ourInternal IT department, you will contribute to the move from multiple custom solutions to asingle, global Oracle Fusion Cloud platform ??.As ourERP Product Owner Record to Report,you play a key role in shaping, delivering, and evolving our core finance solution. This is acritical, hands-on role, combining deep business analysis with strong functional and configuration expertise.During the project phase, you support the Product Owner bychallenging integrator deliverables, ensuring solution quality, and driving solid functional design.Post go-live, you become one of the key IT owners forrun & evolve, delivering enhancements and new capabilities across the R2R scope.What you'll do ???Lead or co-lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to capture and refine requirementsDesign and document functional solutions for core finance modules (GL, AP, AR)Review and challenge functional designs, configurations, and test scenarios delivered by the integratorEnsure solution designs leverage Oracle standard functionalities and meet operational needsOwn the delivery of functional enhancements (new entities, accounting rules, payment formats, etc.)Act as the functional reference for complex R2R topics and issue resolutionContribute to integration design and end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT), ensuring data integrity and controlsEnsure compliance withIFRS, SOX, local GAAP, and internal control requirementsWho You Are:You have 5+ years of experience in ERP functional roles, with strong exposure to Record to Report processesYou bring hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Finance, especially GL, AP, and ARYou are comfortable in a hybrid role, combining requirements workshops, solution design, and system configurationYou have a strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance frameworksYou enjoy investigating complex functional issues and taking ownership through resolutionYou collaborate easily with Finance, IT, and external partners, and communicate clearly in English ??We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
