We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client's IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company.??About the role:Designing and developing ETL/data transformation processes, implementing and maintaining Spark-based pipelines, supporting data integration initiatives, analyzing and troubleshooting data-related issues, and ensuring data quality and performance across the platform.The role requires hands-on experience with Spark, SQL, with Scala (or Python/Java), Databricks or similar Big Data environments, and DevOps practices.Interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and exploring AI-driven approaches to improve data engineering, automation, and analytics processes will be considered a plus.Skills:3+ years of experience in data and programmingGood SQL skills (ansi SQL, Hive SQL, Spark SQL - SQL in general)Good SPARK basis + programming language that could be: Scala, Python or JavaAzure Databricks / Amazon EMR / Hive / Cloudera (or any Spark env)Experience working in agile continuous integration/DevOps paradigm and tool set (Git, GitHub, Sonar, Nexus)Ability to work in a teamAbility to analyze requirements and cooperate with team members to improve itEnglish (at least B2+)??100% remote??What can we offer??? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!??
