AtASTEK Iberia, we are looking for aApplication Production Supportto join a leading company in thebanking sector. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.Main responsibilities:Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).Deployments and testing for new projects.Obsolescence management and patching activities.Handling user requests and internal client support.Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrationsManaging tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.Performance tuning and root cause analysis.?Technical EnvironmentOperating Systems:Windows Server / LinuxDatabases:SQL / OracleTools & Technologies:ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVDCollaboration tools:Teams / OutlookWho are you?3-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).Solid knowledge of: SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux ServersITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs.Good level of english.Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.Who are we?Since ****, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in ****, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries. Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support. Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued). Solid knowledge of: SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux Servers ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs. Good level of english.
