Have at least 4 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO Consultant Possess strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes Have experience working in corporate or multinational environments Are fluent in English (mandatory) Solid expertise in SAP FI and CO modules and their integration Experience in financial processes such as GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling Strong understanding of reporting, budgeting and financial planning processes Experience participating in SAP transformation initiatives Previous experience in consulting firms Participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders Exposure to global template or harmonization projects Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate risks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments Team player with strong internal customer orientation Process-oriented approach with focus on standardization
