Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Data Analyst on Glovo's Courier Fraud team, you will design and monitor the global anti-fraud strategy, delivering data-driven insights to protect the integrity of our courier network.You will build detection frameworks and dashboards, enabling local teams to act on quality signals and reduce malicious activity.Your work supports a fair, secure fleet while collaborating across Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams.This role offers impact at scale within a fast-growing, diverse tech-driven company.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and own the global courier fraud strategy across markets- Address courier-related challenges at local, regional, and global levels- Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of quality gaps and propose solutions- Provide regular leadership updates on courier quality performance- Develop analytical models to monitor fraud risks and optimize fleet distribution- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams- Design data-informed solutions by understanding courier pain points and motivationsResponsabilidades- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics or any data driven domain- +3 years of experience delivering data-driven insights and translating them into action- Strong SQL and Excel skills or extensive coding experience, and BI platform experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)- Strong strategic vision and business mindset- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities- Comfort with high-growth, ambiguous environments and positive mindset- Excellent verbal and written communication in English- Proactive, organized, detail-orientedRequisitos principales- equity plan- private health insurance- monthly Glovo credit- discounts on transportation, food, and kindergarten- discounted gym memberships- extra time off and remote/hybrid options

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics or any data driven domain

  • +3 years of experience delivering data-driven insights and translating them into action
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills or extensive coding experience, and BI platform experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Strong strategic vision and business mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Comfort with high-growth, ambiguous environments and positive mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
