At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector.You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.Main responsibilitiesProduction support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).Deployments and testing for new projects.Obsolescence management and patching activities.Handling user requests and internal client support.Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrations.Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.Performance tuning and root cause analysis.Technical EnvironmentOperating Systems: Windows Server / LinuxDatabases: SQL / OracleTools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVDCollaboration tools: Teams / OutlookWho are you?3-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).Solid knowledge of: SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux Servers.ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs.Good level of English.Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support. Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued). Solid knowledge of: SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux Servers. ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs. Good level of English. Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
