Job description

At Indra, we develop technology that shapes the future of air defenceWe are looking for Radar Systems Engineers to join our Defence programmes, contributing to the design and development of advanced algorithms for airborne radar systems in national and international projects.As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of radar system capabilities, with responsibilities including:Design and development of advanced signal and data processing algorithms for airborne radar systems.Contribution to radar system performance analysis and algorithm validation , ensuring robustness and accuracy of tracking solutions.Algorithm modelling, simulation and analysis using MATLAB or similar tools.Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on international radar projects , ensuring the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.Minimum 3 years of experience in radar systems engineering, algorithm development or similar technical roles.Radar system architecture design and/or radar performance prediction .Statistical signal processing for data analysis and prediction.Radar data processing and target tracking algorithms (e.g. Signal processing for radar systems and algorithm modelling in MATLAB .Intermediate English level (minimum B2) , spoken and written.Research background in radar technologies or a PhD will be considered a strong advantage.Degree in Telecommunications Engineering , ideally complemented with a Master's degree .Long-term projects in a leading Defence and Technology company with more than 50,000 professionals .* Innovative, high-impact projectsCutting-edge technologies and strategic challenges with national and international impact .* Open communication, accessible teams and a collaborative culture.* Hybrid working model that genuinely supports work-life balance.* Designed according to your professional development, potential and interests.* Access to Open University and Udemy for Business , with more than 6,000 courses .* If you receive a call from an unknown number... it's probably us!You will meet the team, learn more about the project, and complete technical and competency-based assessments (including English, if applicable).We guarantee a space free from discrimination based on gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, ethnicity, marital status, or any other personal or social circumstance.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in radar systems engineering, algorithm development or similar technical roles. Radar system architecture design and/or radar performance prediction .
