An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Systems and Infrastructure Lead to join a fast growing international entertainment organisation, supporting its Iberia operations.This role is based in Madrid and will play a key part in delivering reliable, secure, and high quality IT services across the regional head office and multiple operating businesses across Spain.Location: Madrid - Hybrid working 2 days in the office.Contract: Full time permanent.Team management responsibility: IT Support Technician.Salary: up to 55k Euros + Benefits.This is a hands on role suited to a self starter who enjoys working in a cloud first environment, supporting end users, improving systems and processes, and leading local infrastructure and IT operations in alignment with a wider general technology function.The RoleThe IT Systems and Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for ensuring the effective day to day delivery of IT services across Iberia.You will support users locally in Madrid as well as remotely across the region, while acting as the key escalation point and local lead for systems, infrastructure, security, and IT projects.The organisation operates in a fully cloud native environment with no on premises infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high quality technical support to end users across IberiaAct as the local escalation point for complex technical issuesCoordinate and follow up on technical issues with internal and external techniciansEscalate unresolved issues to appropriate global teams and ensure alignment between local and group supportMonitor support KPIs and ensure SLA compliance across all ticketsContinuously improve IT support processes and workflowsDevelop and maintain technical procedures and operational documentationMaintain accurate IT asset inventory for staff and contractorsAudit digital access and permissions against asset recordsManage onboarding, offboarding, and user access including SharePoint, Exchange, and Entra IDProvide hands on on site IT support at the Madrid officeLead and track local infrastructure and systems related projectsTechnical EnvironmentMicrosoft 365 and Azure ADEntra ID administrationEndpoint device management and security toolsWindows and Mac environmentsGoogle Workspace exposureBusiness systems including CRM and ERP platformsCloud based applications and SaaS toolsNetworking including wifi, switching and firewall administrationSkills and Experience Required4 to 5 years experience in a similar IT systems or infrastructure roleStrong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure ADExperience with endpoint security and device management platformsExposure to Mac and iOS support desirableGoogle Workspace administration exposure desirableUnderstanding of IT networking and cloud based infrastructureExperience supporting both corporate and BYOD environmentsPersonal AttributesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise and manage competing workloadsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working with both technical and non technical stakeholdersWorking LocationThis role is primarily office based in Madrid, with occasional travel to other regional offices including Valencia, Cordoba, Gijon, Barcelona.#J-*****-Ljbffr
