Pega Lead System Architect (Marzán)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA).This role is focused on delivering enterprise-grade PEGA solutions across multiple client engagements, providing technical leadership from discovery through to delivery.You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, owning architecture decisions, ensuring best practice implementation, and supporting delivery teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of scalable, reusable PEGA architectures across client engagementsDefine solution frameworks aligned to PEGA best practices and guardrailsTranslate business requirements into robust, enterprise-level technical solutionsAct as the technical authority in client-facing situationsRun architecture workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder briefingsProvide strategic guidance on digital transformation and process optimizationOversee implementation of solutions using Pega Platform (v8.x+)Support and mentor development teams (SSA/SSA-level engineers)Ensure high-quality delivery through design governance, code reviews, and standards enforcementDesign integrations with third-party and enterprise systems (APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture)Define data models and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategiesCollaborate with client enterprise architects and IT teamsEnsure compliance with PEGA guardrails, security, and performance standardsContribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testingSupport environment strategy, release planning, and production readinessRequired Skills & ExperiencePEGACertified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) (mandatory)Strong experience across: Case Management & BPM, Decisioning (CDH), UI frameworks (Theme Cosmos / Consolidation), PEGA integration capabilitiesTechnical SkillsSolid understanding of Java and integration technologies (REST/SOAP)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, pipelines)Consulting ExperienceProven experience in a consultancy or client-facing delivery roleAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across different engagementsExperience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmesDesired ExperienceExposure to multiple industries (e.g., financial services, public sector, telecoms)Experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH)Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologiesExperience contributing to pre-sales, RFPs, and solution shapingSoft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong stakeholder management and influencing abilityLeadership and mentoring mindsetCommercial awareness and problem-solving capability#J-*****-Ljbffr
