Astek Iberia seeks an Application Production Support professional to join a leading company in the banking sector.The role ensures system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.ResponsibilitiesProduction support for core banking applications / application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).Deployments and testing for new projects.Obsolescence management and patching activities.Handling user requests and internal client support.Supporting both on-premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.Answering product-related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, and third-party integrations.Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.Performance tuning and root cause analysis.Technical EnvironmentOperating systems: Windows Server / LinuxDatabases: SQL / OracleTools & technologies: ServiceNow, JIRA, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVDCollaboration tools: Teams / OutlookQualifications3-5 years of experience in production/application support.Experience in banking or other critical environments (highly valued).Solid knowledge of SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level) and Windows & Linux servers.Experience with the ITIL framework and working with SLAs.Good level of English.Availability to work one day a week at the Madrid office.BenefitsPersonalized follow-up of your professional projects.Opportunity to contribute to the company's real-time development.23 days of vacation plus public holidays, with flexible selection.Professional growth opportunities in a constantly evolving company.Flexible schedules and a focus on employee well-being.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in production/application support. Experience in banking or other critical environments (highly valued). Solid knowledge of SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level) and Windows & Linux servers. Experience with the ITIL framework and working with SLAs. Good level of English. Availability to work one day a week at the Madrid office.
