We have specialised in providing professional and managed services to OEMs, system integrators, and financial services providers globally, as well as to IT and Telco companies, for over 26 years.We are looking to hire a Voice Specialist to support a leading integral provider of networking, communications, and cloud solutions. This is a contract position based in Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport our Business Partners in the communication and cloud area to achieve success in any type of solution delivery, including audit, consultancy, configuration, technical advisory, etc.Assist Technical Support L3 in qualifying, filtering, and fixing Service Requests raised by BPs for key customers, ensuring committed SLAs and maintaining customer trust.Provide training to the BP community on all solutions and products through the training tracks.Key QualificationsDeep knowledge of Linux OS for installing and configuring Linux servers and services.Knowledge of programming languages, including HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, C, C++, and REST APIs.Experience in developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS is a plus.Knowledge of communication systems such as PBX, VoIP, Unified Communications, Telephony, SIP protocol, etc.Desirable knowledge in communication technologies, either Telephony (PBX) or Cloud Communication Services (e.g., Rainbow).Possession of Telephony Professional or Telephony Expert certifications from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Mitel) is a plus.Knowledge of IT Security principles and policies is a plus.Experience with virtualization or container environments for installation, configuration, and maintenance is a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
