Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible)

HAYS Technology is collaborating with a leading international financial services organization on a strategic transformation initiative.We are currently looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation & Platform Engineer (Ansible) to join a high-impact project.Project Overview This initiative focuses on the migration, modernization, and stabilization of infrastructure and data platform processes , with a strong emphasis on automation and operational excellence.Key objectives include: Migration from Puppet to Ansible Stabilization and optimization of the Intex platform supporting SPG and broader SANCAP processes Documentation and transition from a single-resource support model Preparation for future ARDA integration The role combines: Infrastructure automation Operational support ETL / data integration coordination Structured finance platform support Candidate Requirements Core Skills Strong hands-on experience with Ansible , including: Playbooks Roles Inventories Templating ( Jinja2 ) Experience with Ansible Tower / AWX is highly desirable Technical Background Proven experience in migrating from Puppet to Ansible Solid Linux/Unix administration skills Scripting expertise ( Python, Bash, Shell ) Familiarity with SQL-based environments Data & Integration Experience with ETL / data integration workflows Understanding of: Scheduled jobs Batch processing Backend data pipelines Domain Knowledge (Nice to Have) Experience with: Securitized Products Intex platform ABS / RMBS / CLO structures Structured finance analytics Previous Puppet implementations Additional Requirements Full professional proficiency in English Ability to work in an international and collaborative environment What We Offer Opportunity to join a strategic transformation program Collaborative, international team environment Exposure to cutting-edge automation and financial platforms Long-term project with high visibility and impact 100% Remote If you are a proactive, automation-driven engineer looking to contribute to a complex and meaningful transformation project, we would love to hear from you
