Remarketing Specialist - Automotive Sector (Direct Hire)

MARLEX, from direct selection, we are currently looking for a Remarketing Specialist for a multinational leader in the automotive sector.This is a strategic role within the used car operations area, responsible for managing end-to-end processes related to vehicle repair, refurbishment, and preparation for resale.Las cualificaciones, habilidades y toda la experiencia relevante necesaria para este puesto se pueden encontrar en la descripción completa a continuación.This role plays a key part in optimizing operational processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement within an international and dynamic environment.Role purposeYou will be responsible for coordinating and managing key remarketing processes, acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure efficient execution of refurbishment operations and excellence across the end-to-end workflow.Key responsibilitiesAct as a process and cooperation partner for regional functions, ensuring smooth and effective communication.Analyse benchmarking data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.Define and implement local improvement measures.Coordinate complaint management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Manage contract cancellation processes (transformation, conversion, and reverse transactions).Analyse the Repair & Refurbishment process using KPIs and define action plans for improvement.Ensure compliance with standard refurbishment business rules.Manage purchase, approval, pricing alignment and budget control within the refurbishment process.xqysrnhDrive continuous improvement of the end-to-end used car process.What this role offersA strategic position within the premium automotive industryInternational and dynamic working environmentHigh visibility within core business processesOpportunity to directly impact operational efficiency and continuous improvementCandidate profileUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similarExperience in the premium automotive industry (Aftersales, Sales, Operations or Financial Services preferred)Strong understanding of end-to-end used car processesExperience in benchmarking, KPI analysis and process improvementExperience in complaint managementFluent English required (Spanish essential; Portuguese is a plus)Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence or similar)Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointAnalytical, results-oriented and continuous improvement mindsetWhat we offerPermanent contract (direct hire)Salary range: €38,000 - €42,000 gross per year + bonus + benefitsStrategic project within the automotive sectorInternational environmentHybrid working modelCareer development in a highly specialized and global context
