At Indra, we develop technology that shapes the future of air defenceWe are looking forRadar Systems Engineersto join our Defence programmes, contributing to thedesign and development of advanced algorithms for airborne radar systemsin national and international projects.If you are passionate about signal processing, radar systems and complex algorithmic challenges, this role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of defence technology.Your missionAs a Radar Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of radar system capabilities, with responsibilities including:Design and development ofadvanced signal and data processing algorithmsfor airborne radar systems.Contribution toradar system performance analysisandalgorithm validation, ensuring robustness and accuracy of tracking solutions.Development and validation oftarget tracking algorithmsand estimation techniques.Algorithm modelling, simulation and analysis usingMATLABor similar tools.Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams oninternational radar projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.What we are looking forMinimum 3 years of experiencein radar systems engineering, algorithm development or similar technical roles.Experience and/or strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:Radar system architecture design and/orradar performance prediction.Statistical signal processingfor data analysis and prediction.Radar data processing andtarget tracking algorithms(e.g. Kalman filters).Signal processing for radar systems andalgorithm modelling in MATLAB.Communication signal processing and/orbeamforming techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Intermediate English level (minimum B2), spoken and written.Eligibility to obtain security clearance up to NATO Secret.? Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experiencein radar systems engineering, algorithm development or similar technical roles. Experience and/or strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Radar system architecture design and/orradar performance prediction.
