RequirementsProven experience inchatbot developmentandconversational AI.Experience withn8nor similarworkflow automation.Strong knowledge ofREST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol),andwebhooks.Programming experience withPythonand/orJavaScript.Experience withAzure services(Azure AI Search, Storage, Functions, Data Factory).Monitoringandobservability services.Solid understanding ofLLMsandRAG architectures.Experience in enterprise environments (ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem) is a plus.?? Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI . Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation . Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and webhooks. Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript. Experience with Azure services (Azure AI Search, Storage, Functions, Data Factory). Monitoring and observability services. Solid understanding of LLMs and RAG architectures . Experience in enterprise environments (ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem) is a plus.
