HESCO is an international engineering company specialized in comprehensive structural engineering and project execution.Our services also include Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, and Electromechanical Design.We are headquartered in Spain, with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, and the United Kingdom.Asegúrese de presentar su candidatura con toda la información solicitada, tal como se expone en la descripción del puesto a continuación.We are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect (Design Management Specialist ) to join our team in Madrid.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to prestigious international residential, hospitality, and office developments, leading design coordination and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through construction Key Responsibilities Design Leadership & Project Delivery Lead and oversee all phases of architectural design and construction documentation for high-end projects Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design through construction and final completion .Review and coordinate design packages to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements Design Management & Interface Coordination Act as the primary custodian of the Interface Control Document (ICD) and Interface Register.Lead the coordination, tracking, and resolution of design interfaces across Architecture, Structure, MEP disciplines, and third-party consultants.Proactively identify and resolve technical design conflicts, constructability issues, and coordination challenges Project Planning & Stakeholder Coordination Support the establishment and monitoring of project schedules to mitigate design clashes, authority approval delays, and construction risks Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout project execution.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and design deliverables Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and support junior architectural staff Promote best practices in design management, BIM coordination, and project delivery Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal design and coordination processes Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Professional Degree).Master's Degree, professional licensure, or equivalent qualifications are considered an advantage.Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experie nce, primarily focused on residential, hospitality, and office developments Strong experience delivering luxury or high-end projects Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, detailing, building materials, and applicable building regulations Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Re vit and BIM workflows Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDE), includi ng Autodesk Construction Cloud (A CC) a nd Oracle Aconex Strong design coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Professional level of English, both written and spoken What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience.xsgfvud Opportunity to work on prestigious international projects across the Middle East and other global markets Exposure to multidisciplinary teams and complex developments A collaborative, international, and growth-oriented working environment Career development opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

Master's Degree, professional licensure, or equivalent qualifications are considered an advantage.
