Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field ITIL certification is a plus Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT/OT operations or industrial IT environments Experience working in manufacturing or plant environments Experience supporting critical systems in 24/7 environments Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, industrial systems) Experience with industrial technologies (e.g. PLCs, SCADA, MES environments) is a plus Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and asset management tools Understanding of cybersecurity practices in industrial environments Experience with backup, patching, and disaster recovery processes Languages Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Soft / Behavioral Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure in critical operational environmentsEffective communication and stakeholder management Team collaboration across technical and non-technical teams Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus
