Job description

  • We will expect you to take full technical and operational ownership of HubSpot across the business.
  • We will expect you to audit, restructure, and maintain deal pipelines aligned to the full sales journey.
  • We will expect you to build and optimise workflows and automation sequences across Sales Hub, Operations Hub, and Marketing Hub.
  • We will expect you to develop and manage integrations with third-party platforms including telephony, document signing, and email tooling.
  • We will expect you to lead delivery of OIP Phase 1, including the HubSpot pipeline hygiene sprint and data feeds into the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI architecture.
  • We will expect you to build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports covering sales performance, pipeline health, and activity metrics.
  • We will expect you to apply the KPI Dictionary and Data Inventory Register to ensure consistent reporting logic across the business.
  • We will expect you to drive remediation activity against the data quality backlog identified in the OIP Phase 0 programme.

We are Renew and Sustain, a fast-growing UK energy consultancy and TPI brokerage helping businesses make informed, commercially sound energy decisions. We operate in a performance-led environment where consistency, accuracy, and results matter. This is a newly created, high-impact role at the centre of our commercial operation, reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with sales leadership and our senior leadership team. We offer genuine ownership of a business-critical platform and a structured intelligence programme from day one, with direct visibility at senior leadership level and real influence over how we scale. The role is based in person.

Requirements

  • We need demonstrable hands-on experience owning and administering HubSpot CRM in a commercial environment.
  • We need strong working knowledge of Sales Hub and Operations Hub, including workflow and automation tooling.
  • We need experience building and managing HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms via native connectors or API.
  • We need proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and performance data structures within HubSpot.
  • We need working knowledge of SQL or equivalent tools for querying and manipulating structured datasets.
  • We need exposure to or experience working within a BI or data programme such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Power BI.
  • We need experience in a sales-led, KPI-driven commercial environment.
  • HubSpot certifications are desirable but not required.
  • We require fluency in English.
  • We require the right to work in the United Kingdom.
