Support Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows OS

Create\deploy\maintain Windows Operating systems and configurations

Collaborate with the team and leadership on current & future technologies
-
Work with internal customers; understand business requirements, design appropriate solutions to meet them.

Provide technical support for complex break\fix incidents in a Windows environment
-
Serve as an escalation point for other technical support staff in subject matter areas.
-
Create and maintain knowledge articles and processes in subject matter areas Provide training when new processes, software, or tools are released.

In-depth experience with server setup, troubleshooting, monitoring tools, systems administration and performance reporting., + Associates' degree in Computer Science and five years of recent relevant. experience or a comparable combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Demonstrated experience with Windows Operating System Server/Workstation support.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, Microsoft Azure.

Familiarity with command line interfaces (CLI), and scripting languages.

Experience with VMWare ESXi, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Server Virtualization.
-
Experience with Mobile Device Management; iPADs, iPhone, Android, Cellular Hot Spots.

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
-
Ability to travel occasionally to offsite office locations.
-
Ability to obtain security clearances is required.
-
Must be able to fully work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Database management experience; SQL, Microsoft Access, Report Builder.

Microsoft Exchange management on premise.

Backup/Recovery Solutions; IBM Spectrum Protect, Veeam, Quantum Tape Library.

Storage Area Network; HPE Nimble Storage.

Security Management; Next Generation Firewall Administration; Antivirus Software.

VOiP Management; Cisco Unified Call Manager Administration.
-
Basic Knowledge of Cisco Networking management.
