IT Systems Administrator

• Support Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows OS

• Create\deploy\maintain Windows Operating systems and configurations

• Collaborate with the team and leadership on current & future technologies

• Work with internal customers; understand business requirements, design appropriate solutions to meet them.

• Provide technical support for complex break\fix incidents in a Windows environment

• Serve as an escalation point for other technical support staff in subject matter areas.

• Create and maintain knowledge articles and processes in subject matter areas Provide training when new processes, software, or tools are released.

• In-depth experience with server setup, troubleshooting, monitoring tools, systems administration and performance reporting., + Associates' degree in Computer Science and five years of recent relevant. experience or a comparable combination of education, experience, and/or training.

• Demonstrated experience with Windows Operating System Server/Workstation support.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with command line interfaces (CLI), and scripting languages.

• Experience with VMWare ESXi, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Server Virtualization.

• Experience with Mobile Device Management; iPADs, iPhone, Android, Cellular Hot Spots.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

• Ability to travel occasionally to offsite office locations.

• Ability to obtain security clearances is required.

• Must be able to fully work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Database management experience; SQL, Microsoft Access, Report Builder.

• Microsoft Exchange management on premise.

• Backup/Recovery Solutions; IBM Spectrum Protect, Veeam, Quantum Tape Library.

• Storage Area Network; HPE Nimble Storage.

• Security Management; Next Generation Firewall Administration; Antivirus Software.

• VOiP Management; Cisco Unified Call Manager Administration.

• Basic Knowledge of Cisco Networking management.
