Job description

Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and services

Monitor application performance and availability using Dynatrace

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve production incidents in a timely manner

Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to proactively identify performance issues

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams for issue resolution

Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and monitoring rules

Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management processes

Support 24x7 production environment (on-call rotation as required)

Drive continuous improvement through automation and proactive monitoring strategies

Requirements

We are seeking experienced Dynatrace Production Support Engineers to support mission-critical applications in a high-performance enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support, with hands-on experience using Dynatrace to ensure system reliability and performance., 5+ years of experience in production support / application support

Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, alerting, analysis)

Experience in incident management tools (ServiceNow or similar)

Solid understanding of application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems

Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands and scripting basics

Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK)

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking or financial services domain

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Exposure to other monitoring tools is a plus
