Requirements
???? Strong expertise in JMeter (test plans, correlation, parameterization, assertions, Groovy/Beanshell scripting)
???? Experience designing and executing Load, Stress, Soak, Spike, and Scalability testing
???? Strong understanding of performance metrics (latency, throughput, concurrency, error rates)
???? Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Azure Monitor
???? Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Postman, JSON, and Git
???? Strong skills in root cause analysis, performance tuning, and bottleneck identification
???? Experience preparing performance reports with actionable recommendations
???? Excellent collaboration and communication skills
???? Experience in Mobile Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred
