Job description

  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Python to streamline recurring reporting processes

  • Build interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Pull, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources using Python and SQL

  • Find opportunities to use AI for process optimization

  • Create automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand analytics requirements and design technical solutions

  • Optimize existing workflows through automation, scripting, and process improvement

Requirements

We are seeking a technically skilled Digital Analyst to drive automation, data visualization, and analytics solutions for our clients. This role focuses on building scalable reporting infrastructure, developing Python-based automation workflows, and creating interactive Power BI dashboards that transform raw data into strategic insights for automotive marketing campaigns. Working knowledge of digital media environments, benchmarks, and measurement is highly desired for this role., + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or analytics automation role

  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, data manipulation)

  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX, M, data modeling, visualizations)

  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases

  • Experience with data automation, ETL processes, or scripting workflows

  • Strong analytical attitude with ability to fix technical issues independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML tools, libraries, or platforms (scikit-learn, APIs, LLM integration)

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices

  • Experience with SharePoint integration, data connectivity, or cloud platforms

  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles

  • Background in marketing analytics, automotive, retail, or advertising industries

  • Experience with VBA or other automation scripting languages

Benefits & conditions

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $48,355.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
