Job description

The Application Analyst will support, manage, and optimize key enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform tools, various AI tools and other applications used across Corporate and facility operations.

This role will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, improve workflows, and assist with new software deployments.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and making technology easier and more effective for the organization., * Provide technical support for enterprise applications across Corporate and facility teams

  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application-related incidents and service requests
  • Partner with Service Desk and Technical Services teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues
  • Provide a high-quality customer support experience for all users

Application Configuration & Optimization

  • Configure and fine-tune applications to support business workflows and improve performance
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen application support, implementation, and maintenance
  • Support software updates, enhancements, and new application deployments
  • Identify opportunities to improve how users interact with business applications

Salesforce Support

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Experience and Health cloud products.
  • Support end-user application issues associated with the platform.
  • Maintaining the platform up-to-date with patches, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Create user guides and provide training to help employees better utilize applications

AI/Automation Support

  • Support the development, implementation, and support of AI agents/bots utilizing Microsoft CoPilot
  • Participate in the identification of AI use cases to improve efficiency
  • Leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to develop, implement, and support automations
  • Help ensure applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs

Security, Compliance & Operations

  • Maintain application security settings and user access controls
  • Ensure applications meet regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards
  • Participate in meetings, committees, and continuing education to support individual, departmental, and organizational performance
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call support based on Corporate IT staff rotation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in application support, system analysis, IT operations, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as EHR, ERP, CRM, HRIS, or SaaS.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or related modules
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems such as Jira
  • Experience with developing and implementing AI agents/bot utilizing Microsoft CoPilot Studio
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, or third-party application connections
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services preferred
