Job description
- Direct the risk-based transition of infrastructure and legacy systems within a complex cybersecurity program.
- Manage multiple project teams while ensuring delivery within timing, scope, and budget constraints.
- Oversee comprehensive budget management and resource planning for the assigned program pillar.
- Coordinate decision-making processes for steering committees and management boards.
- Implement program management methodologies and develop progress-tracking dashboards for stakeholders.
- Prepare the organization for security audits and associated certification requirements.
Requirements
- You have 15+ years of experience in infrastructure or development projects.
- You bring 8+ years of experience as a program manager for infrastructure or software development initiatives.
- You possess advanced knowledge of NIS2 regulations and Security Governance.
- You have a proven track record in enterprise-wide change and transformation projects.
- You're experienced with ITIL processes and organization.
- You possess expertise in performing risk analyses and issue management.
- You have experience managing large-scale budgets and resource planning.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with strategic stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Prince2, PMBok, or MSP methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Knowledge of the CyFun framework.
- Previous experience working within a government environment.
