Job description
As Junior Business Consultant for Salesforce, your mission is to always take your Salesforce customers to the next level. Configuring Salesforce to perfectly match the needs of your customers is a 1st step in this, but you like to go further:
- Customer contact: work directly with customers, understand their needs and translate them from a business context into a carefully designed technical solution. This in the role of single point of contact for your customers.
- A-to-Z implementation: take the lead in the implementation process, working seamlessly with colleagues to ensure success for your customers.
- Project management: coordinate with your clients on their expectations, budget, schedule, validation and ongoing needs.
- Customer training: personally guide your customers to become 100% familiar with the solutions you have customized for them.
- Strategic input: leverage your experience to help build Easi's strategic Salesforce pillar together as a team. This by supporting fellow consultants, helping our Sales colleagues in shaping the perfect scope for future clients or many other things
- Polyvalence & responsibility : your role goes beyond technical expertise; you immerse yourself in your client's business & advise them to arrive at the best possible solution to move their business forward.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in management or IT
- Ability to think outside the box
- Initiative taking, ambitious & assertive ~ Go-getter
- Positivity & independence to grasp challenges
- Be customer & business focused. You like to be in contact with your customers
- Willing to visit customers 2-3 days a week
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be a Swiss army knife and appreciate multi-project management
- Team player mentality
- Fluent in English, with Dutch or French on a native level
- Driving license, * Salesforce certification(s) with Administrator as a starting basis
- Affinity with programming
- Ability to spot new opportunities
- Be able to participate in sales calls
- Be analytical
- Good knowledge of French
