Service Desk Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher in our trucking department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics, from order entry to flight monitoring and delivery management. Entering orders, informing internal departments, monitoring and adjusting onboard meals for flights, and supervising and organizing the loading of all catering products. Planning You work closely with colleagues from production and dispatch. You follow up on documents and data and file them correctly. You monitor flight data in IT systems. You organize and optimize the loading of all catering onto aircraft, taking into account any changes in aircraft type, position, departure time, and/or arrival time. You organize the unloading of aircraft, the cleaning of loading and unloading

docks, and the dispatch of special shipments. You prepare work schedules for night shifts. You have strong communication skills and can work in Dutch, French, and English. You are flexible and willing to work some weekends, public holidays, and in shifts. You are comfortable working with a PC (Office package); specific software will be taught internally. You hold a category B driving licence and have a clean criminal record.
