We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer (80-100%) to strengthen this dynamic and transform these technologies into concrete solutions for our clients.
AI Solutions Engineer (80-100%)
Your mission
You design and develop features based on generative AI integrated into our business applications. You participate in setting up architectures that exploit language models to automate, assist, and enrich our clients' processes.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop features based on LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Azure AI, Mistral )
- Design RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) type solutions
- Integrate AI assistants into business applications
- Participate in software architecture decisions
- Ensure quality, security, and data confidentiality
- Maintain technological watch on generative AI
Requirements
- Education in computer science (University of Applied Sciences, ETH or equivalent)
- Software development experience (minimum 3 years)
- Good skills in Python and/or C#
- Knowledge of REST APIs and databases
- Strong interest in generative AI and LLMs
- Autonomy, curiosity, team spirit
Assets
- Experience with RAG, AI agents or frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex )
- Knowledge of cloud environments
- Familiarity with the Valais or French-speaking Swiss economic fabric
- Proficiency in German
