Job description
We are looking for a strong product-focused engineer who enjoys building intuitive user experiences on top of complex data.
You will:
- Own frontend feature development end-to-end
- Build high-quality, performant React applications
- Translate meteorological and climate data into clear, user-friendly visualisations
- Collaborate closely with product and meteorology experts
- Contribute to technical design decisions
Requirements
Do you have experience in PostgreSQL?, * 2+ years of professional experience building production React applications
- Strong frontend architecture and component design skills
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern frontend architecture
- Strong ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cline, Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
- Product mindset: you care about UX, clarity, and user impact
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with modern React ecosystems (Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn)
- Testing experience (Jest, Puppeteer)
- DevOps exposure (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Database experience (Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL)
- Experience building data-heavy or visualization-driven interfaces
- Strong UX sensibility
