Job description

  • Data is your strength! As a central and trusted partner, you support our internal Real Estate stakeholders with your expertise and translate complex data into meaningful reports and decision-making insights.
  • You independently prepare, analyze, and submit periodic reports in the Real Estate area, such as EU Taxonomy and other key reports, ensuring timely delivery.
  • You ensure compliance with predefined processes for forecasting, budgeting, and actual analyses by applying data tracking methods and conducting regular review meetings with process stakeholders.
  • You actively drive the digitalization of our reporting landscape by implementing and continuously optimizing modern reporting and data analytics solutions, while developing and shaping the required processes.
  • You train, advise, and support our stakeholders in the use of central reporting processes.
  • You independently perform required internal controls and support external reporting activities.
  • You are supporting improving data and master data quality in the Real Estate area through regular plausibility checks.
  • You work intensively together with Performance controlling and Controller out of Real Estate.

Requirements

Do you have experience in React?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You hold a Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field.

  • You bring several years of experience in reporting and controlling within a centralized business environment.
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 (O365).
  • You have experience building and developing Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) using various data sources and architectures (e.g., data lakes).
  • You have a deep understanding of the development of reporting structures and reporting systems.
  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate would be considered an advantage.

Your Profile and Skills:

  • You have a strong passion for the digital data/tool landscape and the analysis of numbers and data.
  • You demonstrate an analytical and well-structured working style, combined with a strong affinity for working with numbers, data, and facts.
  • Ideally, you have international experience or experience working in intercultural environments.
  • You are highly motivated to drive a wide range of digitalization projects, develop strategic visions, and enrich our team with your proactive and energetic mindset.
  • You possess excellent professional communication and presentation skills in both English, written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage.
