As a Solutions Consultant, you'll help clients across industries leverage Pega to solve complex business challenges, co-create high-impact solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes., * Lead and conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover business challenges, understand client goals, and identify transformation opportunities.

• Shape and articulate solution proposals, including high-level implementation approaches that demonstrate a clear path to value.
• Collaborate with account teams and partners to design winning strategies, build strong client relationships, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts into compelling business stories that resonate with audiences from C-suite to practitioners.
• Present demo visioning sessions, and proof-of-value engagements that bring Pega's capabilities to life.
• Engage with Pega's partner ecosystem to align on solution designs, delivery approaches, and joint value propositions.
