Ui-ux Designer (Marzán)

• Support the creation and optimisation of web pages by building, modifying, and advising on creative web content.
• Elevate the user experience of our corporate site, bridging the gap between internal clients and business needs through data-driven and visually stunning design decisions.
• Deliver the full UX/UI spectrum: from strategy, insight, and innovation, to creation, testing, and optimisation.
• Understand consumer needs, conduct competitive analysis and user testing, and develop insights to guide the digital experience strategy.
• Conceptualise and develop design solutions, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to present proposed functionalities.
• Ensure all design solutions are robust, well-thought-out, and backed by best practices, facts, and evidence.

• Minimum 1 year as a UX/UI Designer.
• Hands-on knowledge of Figma (prototyping) and creative tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of UX research, user flows, and wireframing.
• Knowledge of colour theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent).
• Hands-on knowledge of web analytics tools (Contentsquare, Google Analytics) to support projects and back design choices with hard facts and figures.
