Job description

  • First point of contact for technical assistance.
  • Set up and maintain computers and peripherals.
  • Install and configure software as per specifications.
  • Manage IT components in the datacenter.
  • Identify and order equipment shortages.
  • Maintain and publish internal knowledge base documentation.
  • Manage system monitoring and backups.
  • Ensure office security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Competence in diverse system landscapes.
  • Experience with Windows OS (Windows 10 / Server 2019).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, Group Policy Objects, Exchange Server).
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and basic networking (Cisco).
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and high-quality standards.
