UX/UI Designer

• Support the updating and creation of web pages by building and modifying creative content.
• Continuously improve the user experience (UX) across the corporate website.
• Act as a liaison with internal clients and different business units.
• Deliver the full UX/UI spectrum: from strategy, insight, and innovation, to creation, testing, and optimization.
• Understand consumer needs, conduct competitive analysis and user testing, and develop insights to guide the digital experience strategy.
• Conceptualize and develop design solutions, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to present proposed functionalities.
• Ensure design solutions are robust, well-thought-out, and backed by best practices, facts, and evidence.

• Background: 1 year as a UX/UI Designer.
• Tools: Practical/hands-on knowledge of Figma (prototyping) and creative tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• UX Expertise: Solid understanding of UX research, user flows, and wireframing.
• Design Skills: Passion for design and technology, with deep knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Mindset: Analytical thinker, highly creative, organized, and a true pixel perfectionist with exceptional attention to detail.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English (fluent)., * Hands-on knowledge of web analytics tools (Contentsquare, Google Analytics) to support projects and back design choices with hard facts and figures.
