Backend/AI Engineer

• Design and build AI agents for practical SME use cases-think staffing bots, auto-schedulers, and smart task runners.
• Integrate with enterprise software like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics-turning scattered, outdated workflows into clean, connected systems.
• Ingest, clean, and transform chaotic data from old drives, Excel exports, and ad hoc reports.
• Push outputs to Power BI dashboards, PDFs, APIs, or anything else that helps people make better decisions.
• Write clean, pragmatic Python.
• Use AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Cline, Lovable, v0, etc.) to vibe code your way through early builds and MVPs.
• Curiosity must be a big driver for you.

• You've got a solid Python background and a healthy respect for good data hygiene.
• You've touched LLMs and/or agent frameworks (or are itching to).
• You're eager to learn enterprise software integrations.
• You speak Spanish and English fluently and enjoy some client calls.
• You're looking for a small, friendly team and meaningful work.
• You value autonomy, variety, and impact., * Recent graduates or early-career engineers who are hungry to learn fast and get hands-on exposure to AI, data, and enterprise systems.
• Experienced engineers who've done their time in Big Tech or consulting and want to build cool things that solve real problems.
