SAP BW / BDC Developer

In this Data Engineer role, you design and maintain SAP BW/4HANA data models and pipelines to support BI delivery. You will build end-to-end data flows across SAP landscapes, from ingestion to reporting, and optimize performance. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures data solutions meet business needs, while you enable clean datasets for analytics. The position offers exposure to SAP Datasphere, a global environment, and hybrid/remote options in Europe or India., * Design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines within SAP BW/4HANA

• Develop end-to-end BI solutions including data modeling, ETL, and reporting
• Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP systems with reliable, scalable data flows
• Deliver clean, structured datasets to support reporting and analytics
• Monitor and optimize performance of data loads, transformations, and queries
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate requirements

• 3+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI development
• 3-5 years with SAP BW on HANA and SAP Datasphere
• 3-5 years in data warehouse or data infrastructure development
• Experience with SAP data integration techniques (e.g., BDC)
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions: data modeling, ETL, reporting
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures
• Experience handling large datasets and performance optimization
