Helpdesk Engineer

• Support ongoing projects related to IT services.
• Provide daily support for Dynamics AX2012R3 issues across all international units.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Oversee management of full IT processes.
• Maintain systems and environments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on end-user feedback and implement functional design changes.
• Document changes made to the system setup.

• University degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• At least two years experience as an IT system administrator or system engineer.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Windows Server (AD, IIS, DFS), VMware, WAN/LAN/SD-WAN networking and Microsoft/Office365.
• Experience with Linux server maintenance and MS SQL.
• Familiarity with at least one AX2012R3/AX365 module.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
