Job description
Plan and launch CRM campaigns based on infopoints (promotions, events, special offers), managing the full lifecycle from segmentation to optimization
- Lead the CRM team (3 people): task distribution, KPI setting, 1-1 meetings, and team development
- Prepare briefs for designers and copywriters and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Control campaign launches and quality across multiple channels (Email, Push, SMS, etc.)
- Work with segmentation, analyze performance, monitor retention metrics (including churn), and prepare reports
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize CRM activities
- Participate in bonus and promotional mechanics from the CRM side
- Contribute to Telegram channel development with the content team
Requirements
Do you have experience in Figma?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming
- 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead role
- Experience with omnichannel CRM communications (Email, Push, SMS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of retention metrics (Retention, Churn Rate, engagement, LTV)
- Hands-on experience with segmentation and campaign setup
- Basic analytical skills: ability to work with data and evaluate campaign performance
- Experience working with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive approach and ownership mindset
Nice to have:
