Job description

Plan and launch CRM campaigns based on infopoints (promotions, events, special offers), managing the full lifecycle from segmentation to optimization

  • Lead the CRM team (3 people): task distribution, KPI setting, 1-1 meetings, and team development
  • Prepare briefs for designers and copywriters and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Control campaign launches and quality across multiple channels (Email, Push, SMS, etc.)
  • Work with segmentation, analyze performance, monitor retention metrics (including churn), and prepare reports
  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize CRM activities
  • Participate in bonus and promotional mechanics from the CRM side
  • Contribute to Telegram channel development with the content team

Requirements

Do you have experience in Figma?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming

  • 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead role
  • Experience with omnichannel CRM communications (Email, Push, SMS, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of retention metrics (Retention, Churn Rate, engagement, LTV)
  • Hands-on experience with segmentation and campaign setup
  • Basic analytical skills: ability to work with data and evaluate campaign performance
  • Experience working with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proactive approach and ownership mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Tier 2-3 GEOs is a plus

  • Familiarity with Figma, and Miro
