This is more than a job. It's a chance to build, grow, and make a real impact! We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our IS Data Services team; a diverse and multicultural organization distributed across multiple countries.
You will report to the Data Engineering & AI Manager and contribute to the design, development, and operation of our enterprise data platform.
In this role, you will build robust, secure, and scalable data pipelines and models that power analytics, reporting, AI, and operational data flows across the enterprise. You will work closely with data engineers, AI engineers, integration teams, and architecture teams to deliver reliable and high-quality data solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact, global projects combining legacy systems and modern cloud-native architectures., Data Engineering & Delivery
- Design and implement data models (dimensional, Data Vault) aligned with platform architecture and standards
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines using Fivetran, SQL, Python, and dbt
- Build and monitor data workflows using orchestration tools such as Airflow
- Contribute to the evolution of the data platform (e.g., Snowflake, modern data stack)
Platform & Operational Excellence
- Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of data pipelines in production environments following DataOps practices
- Participate in monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of data systems
- Document data models, pipelines, and architecture for operational clarity
Governance, Security & Quality
- Support data governance, security, and data quality initiatives in line with enterprise policies
- Ensure compliance with data standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with analysts, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted data for BI and AI use cases
- Work closely with Integration and Architecture teams to ensure alignment across systems and data flows
- Contribute to initiatives related to real-time data processing, advanced analytics, and MLOps
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spark?, Must-have
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
- Strong experience in data modeling, database design, and optimization
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python for data pipelines
Should-have
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Knowledge of data lake / warehouse architecture
- Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and ELT/ETL practices
- Understanding of data governance, security, and data quality frameworks
- Knowledge of real-time data processing patterns
Could-have
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Spark, AWS, or GCP
- Interest in AI/ML and MLOps workflows
