Job description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

  • Experienced Enterprise Kubernetes Architect with a strong background in designing, governing, and optimizing Kubernetes platforms across complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and advocate for platform standards, ensuring alignment with architectural principles established by central platform teams.
  • Implement Kubernetes platform standards, best practices, and governance frameworks defined by the central platform team.
  • Collaborate closely with system architects, domain architects, and engineering teams across multiple business units, clusters, and CIO streams to drive architectural consistency and adoption.
  • Provide technical leadership and challenge architectural decisions to ensure scalable, secure, resilient, and operationally efficient Kubernetes solutions.
  • Design, review, and optimize Kubernetes architectures across hybrid environments, including on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
  • Promote platform engineering principles, operational excellence, automation, and cloud-native best practices throughout the organization.
  • Support modernization initiatives and guide teams in adopting enterprise Kubernetes capabilities and standards.
  • Extensive hands-on experience architecting and managing enterprise Kubernetes environments.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes across both on-premises and Azure public cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both technical and leadership levels.
  • Proven experience driving architectural governance, standards adoption, and cross-functional collaboration within large-scale enterprise organizations.
