Job description
In this role, you will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions while contributing to both project delivery and ongoing application support., * Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Marketing, and Field Service
- Participate in solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Power Platform Development
- Develop applications and workflows using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems
Azure Integration
- Develop and maintain integrations using Azure services, including:
- API Management
- Logic Apps
- Support secure and scalable integration between Dynamics and enterprise applications
DevOps & Application Lifecycle
- Participate in DevOps practices including development, testing, deployment, and operational support
- Support application releases, data migrations, and system enhancements
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using GitHub
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts, key users, and business stakeholders
- Advise on solution design and best practices
- Bridge business requirements with technical architecture
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Agile/DevOps team
Assignment Deliverables
- High-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business needs
- Scalable Power Platform applications and workflows
- Reliable Azure integrations with enterprise systems
- Successful implementation of new features, enhancements, and data migrations

Requirements
- HBO degree or equivalent working and thinking level
- Proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
- Experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Marketing
- Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Experience integrating solutions using Azure services, including API Management and Logic Apps
- Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within Agile or DevOps environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions
- Familiarity with system architecture and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with data migration and application lifecycle management
