Job description

This role offers early exposure to real systems, real clients, and complex enterprise environments., + Investigate and resolve technical issues across software platforms

  • Support system analysis, diagnostics, and performance improvements

  • Work across cloud-based and enterprise technology environments

  • Assist engineering teams in analysing system behaviour

  • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Contribute to ongoing system and development improvements Technology Exposure

  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Requirements

  • Degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering or similar)

  • Minimum 2:1 or above, with A-Levels A-C grades or BTEC Distinctions,

  • Strong academic background

  • Interest in software systems and technology environments Desirable

  • Exposure to programming languages

  • Basic understanding of databases / SQL

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Clear communication ability
