Job description
In this busy and varied role, and working closely with the IT Network Manager, you will provide technical support to the establishment, with key responsibility over IT Incidents and Helpdesk tickets; contributing to the development of technical documentations and troubleshooting problems., * Respond to helpdesk tickets and support staff experiencing technical difficulties
- Identify and repair common hardware and software problems on windows desktops
- Install, update and configure software on desktops, apple devices using InTune and Lightspeed
- Contribute to development of technical documentation
- Keep up to date on technical developments (Such as operating systems, new applications and tools)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT
- ICT qualification such as ComTIA is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate and support IT issues effectively
- Basic understanding of network concepts
- Experience of Windows 10/11, MAC, IOS, Android, Office 365
- Good record keeping abilities, with ability to log details of problems and solutions in an automated helpdesk system
