Job description
- Develop AI-driven test agents to automate routine testing tasks such as test case generation, documentation, and scripting.
- Implementing automation frameworks for testing AI models and software components.
- Integrate test automation solutions into existing automation frameworks.
- Design and develop automated test scripts using open-source tools and frameworks.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects in AI models and software applications.
- Collaborate with developers and data scientists to ensure AI algorithms meet quality standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI system performance to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Integrate security testing into the automation framework to identify vulnerabilities in AI systems.
- Conduct penetration testing to assess security risks in AI-powered applications.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for AI models and software
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI testing methodologies and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 or more years' of experience on QA test automation development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 or more years' of proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C# or Java, or Python.
- 5 or more years' of hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium or TestNG or Junit or Playwright or equivalent.
- Current or prior Labcorp experience.
Additional Job Standards:
- Experience testing and deploying applications across web, mobile, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of security testing methodologies, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.Strong Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, particularly LLMS and Gen AI testing frameworks and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Playwright or equivalent.
- Strong experience with testing reliability and accuracy of synchronous APIs by verifying request-response interactions and asynchronous APIs.
- Deep knowledge of user story to test case translation with methods like Gherkin/Cucumber or equivalent.
- The ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions.
- Candidate must flourish in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment.
